Eligibility Requirements
Atascosa Health Center provides comprehensive health promotion and quality primary health, dental and behavioral health care services to all the residents of Atascosa and surrounding counties. Women, Infant, and Children Program (WIC) is based on Texas WIC income guidelines (monthly income and family size). WIC is also a state program targeted at Texas residents and their children under age 5, mothers whom have recently delivered, or pregnant mothers and their children under age 5. One pregnant woman counts as a household of two.
No one will be turned away due to lack of insurance or ability to pay for services. WIC services are free.
